What is required to reserve our venue for a special event?

To reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon signing. The remaining balance is due the day before the event. All payments must be received no later than 6:00pm.

Cancellations - the initial 25% is non-refundable. If event is cancelled within 30 days of the event start date, 50% of contracted fees will be due.
